NHS Supply Chain are recruiting for a Contract Change Governance (CCG) Coordinator to join our Customer Engagement team. The focus of the role will be to coordinate all elements of the contract change process and be responsible for checking that governance and control processes are adhered to in support of the contract launches.
Reporting to the Contract Change Governance Manager, you will work as part of Contract Change Governance Executives and will liaise cross functionally with key stakeholders involved in delivering and implementing contract launches
What does a Contract Change Governance Coordinator do at NHS Supply Chain?
You’ll be responsible for ensuring a continuous improvement ethos is adopted and will review and implement an effective and efficient process.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Manage the provision of up to date, accurate and timely information to enable the Contract Change Governance Manager to govern contract renewals and extensions. This will involve cross-functional liaison with various teams across the wider business in order to project manage governance from start to finish.
- Maintain all the templates required for the contract governance process and proactively propose improvements to these.
- Consolidate all Contract Launch updates from the rest of the team
- Maintain & issue a log of all in-flight contract launches to show when key activities are due to inform functional stakeholders
- Obtain post Contract Launch customer feedback and summarise information received
- Undertake monthly quality checks on adherence to process and completeness of Contract Launch documentation
- Maintain base Contract Launch KPI data and produce reports as required on the status of all contract launches
- CCG Team Process Improvements - log & track actions and propose initiatives
- Manage the CCG Team Mail Box
- Maintain & develop content for the CCG Team Share Point page
- Maintain a proactive and efficient work ethic
What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?
- Current extensive experience of agenda setting for various levels of meetings
- Formal meeting minutes & action taking
- Meeting & workshop planning
- Accuracy & attention to detail with strong desire to get things right first time
- Good organisation & planning skills
- Proficient in use of MS Excel with use of pivot tables to analyse & present base data
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience of working with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Experience of being proactive in coming up with suggestions for improvement to ways of working or a process
