ClearMotion builds products enabling a next-generation user experience in vehicles. The company’s proactive suspension and seating systems combine software and hardware to mitigate vehicle movement across uneven road surfaces. ClearMotion provides differentiated value for the automotive consumer of today and tomorrow. As transportation evolves to a connected, shared and eventually autonomous world, ClearMotion products will become vital to improving the in-vehicle experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the project plan, managing weekly team deliverables to project timeline within budget and resource allocation.

  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to internal and external stakeholders, owning escalation and the technical solution arbitration.

  • Act as team first point of contact to external partners, customers and other stakeholders on a day to day basis representing ClearMotion.

  • Co-ordinate product demonstration activities at local test facilities or at customer locations.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field

  • Professional project management qualifications or significant professional experience with demonstration of best practice in both waterfall and agile methodology.

  • Experience in delivery of software related product delivery through to series production.

  • Very strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ability to be semi-autonomous


Desired Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience with vehicle electrical and software integration

  • Experience delivering safety critical software or hardware products and application to relevant industry standards (ISO/SAE etc..)
